Hands-On Puzzles
My students’ favorite type of puzzles, by far, is these hands-on puzzles which involve physically moving around pieces of paper or objects to solve. I hope you enjoy this collection of free printable hands-on puzzles that include shape building puzzles, hands-on number puzzles, edge-matching puzzles, paper folding puzzles, jumping puzzles, and more!
Since I have curated so many of these interactive puzzles over the years, I have organized these hands-on puzzles by both puzzle type and the types of materials (such as pentominoes, tangrams, dominoes, or wooden cubes) required to complete the puzzle.

Shape Building Puzzles
These shape building puzzles feature printable pieces that can be cut out and used to solve the puzzle.
Note: These shape building puzzles do not include any of my pentominoes puzzles or tangram puzzles since I have so many of those. Those have their own sections.
Edge Matching Puzzles
Edge Matching Puzzles involve putting pieces (usually squares) together so that the images printed on each piece match up along each edge.
